Everyone there was very friendly, but Andy Galer was incredibly helpful, super honest and kind. Did not try to oversell me but rather advised me on a riding lawnmower that was made for my one acre. His uncle who was the previous owner and has been to my place to pick up and deliver is even nicer yet. What a great family and when I say family I also mean the people there that are not necessarily related. This kind of service in a world where everything is about upselling and businesses that are happy to take your money but do not stand behind their products Galers is like a throwback to better days!!! I also love that Galers is in my neighbourhood. Talk about convenience and piece of mind.

We have always serviced our riding lawn mower with Galer and have always been pleased with their service. They pick up and deliver which is a bonus.They have even done some service of tires right at our property. Recently my husband had surgery on his right leg and was unable to drive it anymore. We approached Galer and they generously revamped our mower so he was able to return to cutting the lawn. They did the upgrade within two days during their busiest season. You can tell they really care about community and they were very empathetic to our needs. We highly recommend Galer equipment.

My brother and I bought a Kubota Zero Turn Mower to cut my grass and the Kubota RTV520 SnowPlow to move the snow off my driveway. We had both service with Galer. They do have a garage that service our lawn mower and snowplow once a year. I call them to make arrangements for someone to pick both them up. They will call and let me know what it will cost. I give them my credit card over the phone to charge me the total I owe. Then the driver will come and drop both of them at my home. The driver will hand the invoice and receipt in the envelope. Proof I paid in full for their service.They do sell other modules besides Lawn Mowers and SnowPlows. We also bought a spreader to grass seed my lawn and bought a roller to add water inside and start rolling when the ground is wet.The person who was nice and helpful was Kevin Small, who is our salesperson. Who helped my brother and I to get what we needed. He gave me a free hat with Kubota written on it. Thanking us for doing business with him.They do have a showcase inside the Kubota store full of different modules. They also have a parts department. They do have a small free parking lot with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lot and Entrances.

I have purchased a Zero Turn Lawn Tractor as well as the BX23S Compact Tractor w/Backhoe. Haven't had any issues with either. In fact I love them both. These beautiful toys have made my life so much easier. I get a professional cut in half the time and the BX is so user friendly and versatile makes my big jobs small. Thanks Andrew for giving me a great price and for training me on my toys. I am now a Kubota, for life, customer.
